Export functionality is not working in JIRA

Hi,

Issues --> export  functionality is not working and throwing an error 403 forbidden.

Could you please suggest something on this.

We have migrated the server few days back. Is it causing the issue.

Hi,

I found there is a recent bug report of what seems like a similar behavior in some versions of Jira.  Please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-66285 for more details.

Could you let me kno:

  1. what version of Jira you are using?
  2. how many issues are you trying to export?
  3. Which export method are you using? CSV, XML, HTML, etc
