Export of more than 1000 issues at once into excel file

Hi Team,

We would like to export more than 1000 issues at once with all fields in the JQL filter with automation(APIs or scripting) into an excel file and we use Jira Server. Please suggest me the available possibilities? 

Note: we don't have system admin access to increase the export limit and not possible to install any plugins.
