I have several tickets opened in my previous management system (Trac). How do I export these tickets to Jira, but flexibly, individually, on demand.
I do not want to export all of my database that is in Trac.

Perhaps export as a CSV from Trac and import as a CSV to Jira may be of use in this situation.
