Export specific custom fields from jira issues in specific format

Hi Atlassian experts,

I have a custom issue type consisting of specific screen with the default fields like Summary, Priority & Description like fields along with lot of custom fields. I would like to export issue details for specific custom fields(not all) in a template which I need to forward to our supplier, is their a way to automate that somehow ? So, that the users can get those details just at the click of the button ?

If so, please suggest.

You can create a filter for the issues which you want to export the specific custom field

In the issue navigator > you can add a custom field which you want and remove unwanted custom field

Export section you can export the issue.

You can also subscribe that filter and add the supplier as recipients so they will get those custom field data.

Hi @Vishal ,

you can create a specific filter with all custom fields as columns as per your needs and share it with users.

Keep in mind that you need to save your filter first and then setup columns in Filter tab.
