Export time tracking entries from Jira time logging and Import into Tempo

We are in the process of adding Tempo timesheet to our Jira instance. I would like to know how I can export all the time entries added so far within Jira inbuilt time tracking in such a way that I can import them into Tempo.

Please advise.

Time entries in Jira will be copied over to Tempo after you have installed the Tempo Timesheets. However, this sync process can take a while (up to a couple of days).

@sam thanks for that. I installed tempo and I didn't see them. May be it will take time for them to be synced. I didn't know about it. Thanks for informing me. That helps.
