Export user list doesn't list users who don't belong to a group

We are just starting out with our cloud experience with a handful of users invited. I want to see who belongs to what groups to make sure they are correct. When I did the export users from the Atlassian Admin site I see only users who belong to groups, and not the ones who need to be part of a group. Am I missing how to capture all my users? I want to see what groups, or not, everyone belongs to.

Hi Chris, when I export the users and am including the group membership under 'Additional data', if a user doesn't belong to a group, that column is blank.
