Export user list for Portal Only customer list

I want to export the list for our portal only customers and the export user button is there on the right side the screen, however, when I press the button to export the users, it buffers and nothing happens afterwards.

This issue may be related to the browser, can you please let us know what browser you are using?
If possible, test using another browser or incognito mode, just to confirm that it's not something on the browser that you are using that is blocking the download.
