Export users from cloud to cloud

Hello,

I am working on a migration to a new Jira instance - to have a fresh start and everything. 

I need to mention that this migration is from one cloud to a new cloud.

But I need at least the users in the new instance. From what I can see from Atlassian support&documentation it is not possible(or it's not clear enough for me). Also, it is not possible for me to use any Jira server to have this done.

Can someone advise me on this situation ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same question and it was already closed.

They suggested to export the users from the Cloud site and then importing using an add-on since the functionality to import only users is not available.
