Exporting All the fields including attachments

Hi Support Team,

I need to export issues with all fields and comments and attachments to excel. could you please help me, i hope with standard export we can export attachments.

The Ultimate goal is : The external customers has their own Jira and Confluence Cloud.

For Confluence : I provided XML file For Jira : We are facing this problem

And we installed third party plugin Better Excel Exporter for Jira , it seems like that plugin also provide only links. Can you also suggest if there are any third party plugin which support this feature ?

Sadly, you can't. Not out of the box at least.

The attachment is still in your original instance when you export with CSV. The link points there.

1. Full backup

2. Open the origin instance to the public so the other instance can retrieve the attachments

3. An app.
