Hello,
We are trying to simplify the creatation of issues in a new project by importing from a csv file.
When reaching the step to map fields from the CSV to JIRA, we are not presented the option to map to any of the custom fields set up as an interval type. Does anyone know if there is a trick or a workaround that might ensure they appear as an option in the that list.
Thanks!,
Rob
I'm not sure what you mean by "interval" type? There's no such field type in core Jira, so I assume it's a plugin.
Unless you mean the "original estimate"?
The interval type custom field is available from the Kepler Custom Fields (KCF) plugin. I realize the External System Importer plugin may not support custom fields from other plugins, just thought I'd check to confirm as well as see if anyone else has seen the issue and found a way to work around it.
