the need has arisen, in addition to the import that is done every month (for which I use the attached file), to do another one, where the differences will be as follows:

where OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS → replaced by Policy Issuance Update

where Business ->Outstanding Documents → replace by Send Files ->Account Files

The rest of the details will remain as they are, but I can't figure out how to move the Policy Issuance Update to the beginning of the title Please kindly for your help.

To address your requirement, you can follow these steps:

Step 1

Modify the Import File

• Open the import file you use every month.
• Use a tool or script to replace the specific strings as you mentioned:
• Replace "OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS" with "Policy Issuance Update".
• Replace "Business ->Outstanding Documents" with "Send Files ->Account Files"

Step 2

Import to Jira

• Once the modifications are done, you can proceed with the import process as you usually do.

It's always a good idea to test the import with a smaller dataset or in a staging environment first to ensure everything works as expected.
