Would be grateful for any help/thoughts as I'm not getting far with the respective IT teams involved.
We have a number of external users on our Jira instance. A couple of weeks ago one of the external users installed their own instance of Jira and now their network is preventing them from accessing our instance and seems to be falling down over SSO access.
The technical back-end side of things is beyond me so looking for any useful ideas I can get the IT teams looking at.
I would suggest reaching out to support to see what they do in these cases. My guess is that you will need to work with the external users IT department to have them change the rules around the SSO functionality on the Atlassian domain and expand it.
