Extrealmy slow Jira response

Lately Jira is super slow for me on multiple projects and accounts.

Simple filters, searches, or dragging tickets takes more than 30s. Screen freases and loades realy slow

Does anyone have similar experience, or is it something on my side, some settings, extensions, etc.?

Hey @Andjela Milicevic Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In addition to what @David Nickell mentioned with potential cleanup on your Jira instance, this could be a simple issue of your computer needing a restart. I know that if I go too long without restarting my MacBook, all browser windows become very slow.

As silly as it sounds, give a reboot a try. This might be the cause if the slowness was recent and unprompted by changes to the system.

I saw this new (BETA) feature the other day on my admin screen...  I'd definitely start here.   Custom fields are typically the issue.  In the "old days", deleting issues could wreak havoc on indexes as well.... but that was a locally histed instance we could re-index ourselves when needed.
