Hello @sanjjoy rio
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What you want to do is not possible unless you have third party apps added to your Jira environment.
Do you have third party apps added to your Jira environment? If so can you tell us the names of each of the third party apps? We can then tell you if what you want to do is possible with the apps that you have.
Additionally, what is your level of access to the Jira instance? Are you an end user? Are you a Project Administrator? Are you an administrator of the Jira Product Application? When you click on the gear icon next to your avatar in the upper right corner, what options do you see?
I have access of jira administrator
And no third party add ins
And just to give overview In my project we have 2 Jira projects let's say L2 board which contains only features and L3 board which contains All issue types except Epics. We will create user stories in L3 board under features in L2 board.

Hi @sanjjoy rio ,
Did you try the Sprint Report? Or you don't use sprints? The report displays all uncompleted and completed work items with the sum of story points.
Best regards,
Alexey

Hi @sanjjoy rio
Please try the following JQL.
issue in hasAnyLinks("summary ~ xxx") and issuetype = Epic
I have Scriptrunner Add-on, I think It comes from that or from another plugin, as Jira doesn't have built-in the mentioned function.
