Facing Problem when install the Plugins in JIRA server

Hi,

Still am not able to download the pluins in my jira sever.It leads to effect my work in my organisation. Am attaching the error screenshot and log files here. Please help me to solve this .

The errors you are reporting are ones I would expect to see when it is actively rendering gadgets, not trying to download gadgets.

Could you check that your base url is set correctly, and then check the logs for exactly what happens when you hit "install" on the add-on load screen.
