Facing XSRF Security Token Missing error while creating the ticket.

Users from particular project facing this XSRF Security Token Missing error pop up while they are creating the tickets for specific sprint. They cleared all caches and cookies still same error is occurring. Also tried with incognito window and different browsers still same issue was facing. 

Please check and let us know is there any solution on this issue.
