Fail to update license for Jira trail.

Your current JIRA Software license doesn't allow you to upgrade to this version of JIRA (8.2.2). JIRA Software expired on 10/Apr/18 7:00 AM, and you can currently only upgrade to versions released prior to this date. Alternatively you can renew your license at my.atlassian.com which will allow you to upgrade to this version of JIRA (8.2.2). You can enter your new license here.

If the issue is that you own a license but it shows that you use a trial, I'm not sure this is community question, contact the support.
