Failed to Assign Ticket by Automation Rule

Hi there,

 

I set an automation rule in my project, the condition and action is like this

when issue transit to a status, assign ticket to issue reporter (Screenshot 1)

 

However, when the rule be trigger, the assignee be changed to Unassigned, I check the audit log, the rule was ran successfully, and there's no other rules be trigger, is there anything wrong on my automation rule? or any other ways to audit my rule?

Hi Jack,

It still looks like there was another rule that ran at the same time since there is nothing in your rule that would cause it to be updated as Unassigned. You should be able to see the rules that ran against the issue to the bottom right under the Automation section. Click the Refresh to see what rules have run recently for that issue.

Thanks John, I dig out all the rules, I found there's another rule ran edit assignee too,  but it seems not showing in my log.

Anyway, my issue has been resolved, thanks again for your help.
