Failure with Changing the Issue type scheme for existing Project

Hi community

I'm trying to change the issue type scheme for an existing project. The goal is to remove a few issue types we are not using anymore.

I've made sure all open issues are converted to the new issue types, so all old issue types tickets are now closed.

1. I've duplicated the issue type scheme and removed the old issue types.

2. Tried to "Associate" the scheme with the relevant project.

3. It opened a process to migrate all *closed* old issue type to the new ones.

It had 12 stages and it always fail on the 10th stage, I'm getting this error:

Am I missing anything? tried it on different hours during the day to maybe prevent the load but nothing helps.

Hi May - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

How many Story issues are there? It might just be too many. Maybe try just adding a single issue type to the scheme (or 2 at a time) then run the migration and repeat as needed.
