Fake log outs ...

My colleague indicated that it seems that JIRA is logging him out constantly but after refreshing (F5) he seems to be still logged in.
There is only one person who is reporting this but thought to ask if there is something that could be done. He is also getting following error note ...
He is using Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
