Fast tranistion view screen not updating status

When using the fast transition function of script runner the view screen history shows the transition has occurred correctly however the view screen has not updated (status does not change)

BY the way I am running JIRA 6.1.7 and Script Runner 2.1.16

Status still shows pre fast transition status. Transition tab shows fast transition occurred and status should now show Under Review
