Fatal Error during import in Jira

Getting Fatal error when we are importing issues through CSV file in Jira from import issues from CSV section in Issues Drag down section.

But able to import issues when we are importing it through IMPORT AND EXPORT from Settings.

What could be the Cause for this ?

It seem (I guess) that will be problem with CSV data:

"Issue does not have issue type selected, the affected issues will be created with issue type [Parcel Issues]".

Please check:

Yout CSV file respond file formatting - Importing data from CSV
You have "Bulk Change" permission and "Create issue" permission in import project

But if its a problem with CSV then why i am able to import it through IMPORT AND EXPORT from System options why not from issue section ?

And yes i am an admin for that project i have all the permissions.

Yeah, OK.
New issues can only be imported in Jira via system administration - there is no other way.
