Feature Settings Missing

Trying to turn off "Pages" for my project in Jira Work Cloud. This is apparently not possible. 

When accessing "Project Settings" there are no "feature" setting where I can turn this off. 

Since we don't use Confluence, this is incredibly annoying... 

This is a company managed project, and I am the admin.

It's in team managed projects.  I haven't seen any documentation for allowing company. managed projects to do this.
