Feature library in jira

Hi,

   Is there any way we can create a epic/feature library for a project with requirements include

i. Can we have a ‘feature library with fixed names’.
ii. All stories linked to that?
iii. Where a new feature is agreed to we create a new ‘fixed feature name in the feature library’?

i don’t really understand the need for this. However, maybe consider creating a separate project to represent your feature library and link the actual issues associated to the feature issue in the ‘feature library’ project.
