Feedback Button

Hi

I am looking on getting a button (Like they do on Atlassian Support page {https://support.atlassian.com/customer/home}) in the middle at the top can this be configurable front end or is this a back end thing. If not I would like on which sits on the side of the screen if possible.

I know this is just linked to a project with its own workflow and roles which I have already set up, all I need is a button which defaults to feedback project and not the project which they last viewed

If this makes any sense

Any help would be nice
