Hello! I would like to send messages to users over slack when a ticket the have reported has been closed. Ideally, the message would include a link to a CSAT survey for the ticket. All the documentation I'm finding on the subject seems to only reference Jira Cloud, would it be possible to generate a link for feedback in an on prem config?
If not, these links are sent out via email, would it be possible to route these to an endpoint instead from the Jira admin console? Thanks!
