Fetch jira report in xls using POWER QUERY

Adéla Václavská April 23, 2019

Heya, I am using power query in excel to gather some data from filters using following link. Any ideas how to do this for saved reports in jira?

https://mycompany.atlassian.net/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-csv-current-fields/11940/SearchRequest-11940.csv

I know I can export a csv directly from jira, but that would be an extra step for me (saving in and so on..)

Thank you!

Hi,

1- extract the info to the CSV file

2- open download tab on chrome

3- COpy the link of the downloaded file

4-  Open power query and select to get info from Web

5- Paste the link use your credentials and you should be able to get the info.

Thats what I was doing until now, for some reason excel says my user and password cannot be authenticated anymore.
