Hi,

Using JIRA software project,

Some of the issues having images like below.

I do not understand that.

Hi,

I am facing the same concern, I found that Jira ticket are attached as .png in other tickets as an attachment. Could you please look into the issue and resolve it.

Can you confirm what type of attachments are those? for example a pdf file, jpeg or something else?
