Hi!
We are using the Issue type "Support Bug" to identify issues that customers might experience. And we have a "severity" field to identify... well the severity of the impact.
Also we have a "root cause" text field that we ask developers to populate to explain what caused the problem, This is being relayed to customers to provide transparency on the problems.
I'm wondering is it possible to make "root cause" as a required field IF severity field is 1 or 2 ?
I know scriptrunner has behaviour function on server, but we are using it on cloud and it has no behaviour function.
