Can any one let me know how to proceed.

Hi Suma
Can you post the JQL which you are trying to run, here so that we can see what the issue is . Maybe that would be better .

Hi,
Here you go,
Project=ABC and issuetype=Story and Reliability=Local
where Reliability is a custom field of type Radio Button.

Radio button seems to be not searchable in the jql when the searcher is none . but when you change the value to multi-level searcher . it is searchable. this is what i have tested and found out . thank @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for the input .

so you can see the field in the issue view (or you only checked the issue view template and may do not have project access rights)?
in the first case, you should see it in jql, wierd

That means your field either does not have a searcher, or is of a type that cannot be searched.
Go to Admin -> Issues -> Custom fields and find your custom field in the list. To the right, find the option "edit" and use it. What searcher is selected?

Correct. Select a new template that does enable search, apply it, and then re-index the project(s) using the field.
