Field in the filter "when the task was completed"

Synergy Administrator June 25, 2020

Good day! Colleagues, tell me please, how do I set up a filter with my tasks and do I need to display a column that will show the dates when the tasks went to the “Done” status?

So I want to get information - the task was open, the task was completed.

Please tell me how to set up a column with dates of completion of tasks?

Hi @Synergy Administrator

I am unclear what problem you are trying to solve.  Would you please clarify?

The dates you note (task start, completion, etc.) are information logged for an item, or in attributes such as resolved date. If you include them in your filter results, they will display.  Please see this documentation for more information:

Hi @Synergy Administrator ,

Unfortunately, listing the dates of status changes is not a built-in functionality in Jira. There are different apps in the marketplace for that specific functionality. Our team at Bloompeak built 2 apps for this exact need.
