There has been an update that has caused the title and description of a ticket to fall bellow the optional custom fields and there appears to be no way/control to change it. Is there a control for this somewhere or is this being fixed in a future update?

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
If you are using a Classic project, you can change the order of the fields on Project settings > Issue layout > Edit Layout. On this page, you can change the order of the fields and then click on "Save changes".
If it's a next-gen project, go to Project settings > Issue types and change the order for each issue type.
If none of this works, can you please send us a screenshot of the issue for us to better understand what happened?
