Field required not is considered when change issuetype

I have a configured a custon field as a required in a issuetype through of field configuration schema.
When I create or move an issuetype from this specific issuetype the scenario occurs as expected.
But, when someone just change the issuetype inside the issue, the Jira doesn't ask a required this field
There are some configuration for this?
