Field security diabling email notification to users

Hi Team,

We have purchased license for Field security plugin from atlassian for 2000 users. Plugin functionality is working fine but it is stoppng email notifications to users once we enable plugin.

Is it beause of jira version, we are using 6.2.2. version of JIRA?

Also please let us know the root cause of it on urgent basis as we are using it at organisation level.
