Fields Configuration

Hi Everyone,

I have a little querie.. 
I am one of the site-admins on our JIRA platform. So I can modify or configure anything.. For example I want to modify the configuration fields on a project, and I don't have any problem, an it's look like this:

My colleague, witch is a JIRA administrator too, and have the same permission like me, can't configure the fields but just on this project, on the other project he have no problem with this issue.. It's very strange, and I don't understand why, and where is the problem?!

Have somebody any idea?

You are accessing the project administration tab for your project,

the reason your collegue cannot access this page is becuase he does not have project administration permissions on the project. Add him as project administrator on that project and he will be able to access this screen.
