Fields are not populating

We Have a scram board project, In that, we have created Inline creation for an Epic to story and a task to subtask automation.

Whenever the user is trying to create a story directly without automation. Some of the fields will not update after creating a story or task

I would check the automation then. Is this automation done with Jira Automation or with workflow PFs?

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- We are creating tickets with all fields are updated after creating ticket few fields are not reflecting

@ManuMR cross check again the values you are passing to those fields which are not populated.

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- Yes I have cross verified none of the fields are empty. Issue created will all fields.
