Guillaume Rolin December 1, 2011

Hi,

i would like to configure my fields in my demand, depending on choice selected on other fiels.

For exemple:

In my first field i have choice "1" and "2".

In my second i want to have choice "A" and "B" if choice "1" was selected before. Choice "B" and "C" if choice "2" was selected before.

I want the third screen to appear only if choice "A" was selected.

How to do this ?

Thank you very much !

That's not really what i want to do.

My first field have 3 value possible, and only one should be selected.

Depending on the value selected, the following fields are completely differents, and it's the same for the thirs field, which depend on the value entered in the second one. How to do this.

In custom fields (administration, issues->fields->add custom field) there is a "cascading select" field type that will take care of the first two. To go to a particular screen, the "Field has single value Validator" on the transition might be useful - the description of the validator is "Multi-select Field has not more than one value during transition."

To set a validator, go to the steps of your workflow, click on the transition you want to set the validator on, and then click on Validators in the All-Conditions-Validators-Post Functions area.
