How to export a project fields and their values in Excel and also wanted to know which fields are mandatory..like which field and values are for which issue type ..like that

Do you mean just the fields and values? I don't believe there is a way. You can export an issue to excel which will include all the values in that issue.  As for mandatory values I believe only the summary value is required 'out of the box' to create an issue. The field configuration scheme dictates what else is required for each issue.

What I mean is ..I have a project A so i need to get all fields which is configured in that project and also I want to know for which issue type the field is configured and also wanted the know which fields are mandatory..this all should be in Excel

There isn't a way to do that. All the information is there, but it's in several places and can't be exported.
