Fields is not populating as manadatory when doing the bulk opertaion

Iam moving the issue from the projectA to ProjectB . The Severity field is mandatory in the transition but its not showing as mandatory that field while doing in the Bulk operations from the issue navigator .

Please suggest and help me .

Its there in  create/edit/view screens of the target project screen scheme.

 in the transition screen where i made mandatory from the validator in workflow.

Now the field is visible in the bulk but i want that field to be madatory showing as *

Sorry, my bad. So you confirm that you added the custom fields to the transition screen of the target project and added a validator to make them required, right?
