Fields should be mandatory based Resolution status. How to put conditions for resolution screen.

When i select Resolution  status as CANCELLED, All fields displaying on Resolution screen should mark as non-mandatory.  When i select Resolution as CLOSED. All fields on same screen should be mandatory.

How can we set conditions based on Status i select for Resolution field.
