Hello, I wanted to re-index Jira but I noticed that I have this error under support tools
'Exception during health check invocation java.lang.RuntimeException: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\caches\indexes'
Should I try to fix this before re-indexing?
It said the fix was to change the mounting, how do I go about on doing this?
That suggests the process running Jira no longer has full access to the directories it mentions. Check all the ownership and permissions are for the Jira user on the server, stop Jira and correct any that do not belong to it, restart and re-index (or just be brutal and change the whole lot without checking)
