I would like to ask if someone also experience the following error even if there is no upload operation done. I know these errors are supposed to be displayed when particular user upload empty file or exceeded the set limit. But this error message displayed when I logged in to Jira. :
1. ) "File (filename.txt) was not uploaded. No data was sent for (filename.txt). The browser may not be able to read the file."
2.) "File (filename.txt) was not uploaded. File exceeds maximum size limit set by the administrator (10.00 MB)"
ETA: Added screenshot
Just to add, I am one of the administrators. I checked the log there was no error regarding upload. I would like to know if there is something that I need to check, problem that will affect users.
@Jenny Alvarez Did you upload that file at anytime? It is odd that you received this if you were not the one performing the action. Was it a one time issue or are you seeing this every time you login? Is it happening in multiple browsers? Have you cleared your cache, does that resolve the issue?
I attached files (but not the one appeared in the message above) last week but that's it.
Today, I did not attach any. Just by logging in this morning, this upload failure messages appeared. It is only a one time issue. I am using Edge. I just closed the message, and so far it does not appear yet.
