Filter JQL - All Issues Under Initiative - For non-premium users

I need a filter to find all the issues under and initiative and I need a easy, convenient and free solution to do that.

Please provide more information about how you have created your issue type hierarchy.

The native issue hierarchy is

Epic
|-- standard level issues (i.e. Bug, Task, Story)
    |-- subtask level issues

If you have artificially added another level with an Initiative issue type how do you create the relationship between the Initiative and the issue type that is its child issues? And what level in the above hierarchy is the child of Initiatives?
