Filter Jira notification by status

Hi, is it possible to filter jira notification by the status?
for example if the current task is moved into the status of "for review",
then it will only notify A group(customizeable).
when it is moved into the next status of "in progress",
then it will only notify B group(customizeable)

You need to configure email notifications for a custom event.
