Filter Jira project list based on project lead

Is is possible to sort/filter the project list in Jira based on the project lead? Alternatively it would be nice to mark a project as favorite so that I can distingish my projects from others.

I know that it is possible to filter issues based on the project lead, but I want to do this on the project list.

You can only group them based on category. You might want to modify the project list gadget to filter them based on Project lead too. It is ofcourse some dev work.
