Filter and Notification on Scope Change

Once the sprint has started, is there a way I could get instantly notified of when someone adds a ticket into the sprint or removes a ticket from the sprint?

I know we have the reports tab to see this from time to time, but if theres a filter that can be created to display tickets where sprint has changed within the last 10mins, then I could do this using Jirassimo plugin. 

Can ScriptRunner support this type of filter?

Thanks for coming back to me. I am on a JIRA Cloud instance. And I do realise you do not have Cloud compatibility just yet, but was wondering if there would be a way to do this, in preparation for your future cloud launch.

Hi Umer, I see you have tagged your question with cloud. Is this for JIRA cloud or server version?
