Filter by 'Approver' in advancer search using JQL - Not working for me

As one can see, I am not able to filter out using 'Approver' nor getting the suggestions for the same- I have admin rights. Any alternative to fix this ?

Have you created the custom field called Approver ? Please check the custom fields list. 

Approvers is the field name created default by Service desk.
