Filter customer with JIRA Service Desk Cloud APi

I can't get this to work. The API seems to ignore any parameters passed to it. It doesn't respect a filter query using .../customer?query=<query string> and it doesn't respect a reduced or increased limit for the number of results using .../customer?limit=10 for example.

Whatever I do with this API I get exactly the same set of 50 results back.

Hello @Dave Quarrell ,

Thanks fro reaching out and It looks like you are doing a call on the endpoint "GET /rest/servicedeskapi/servicedesk/{serviceDeskId}/customer"  please do verify if this is the correct endpoint.

If this is the case, the noted Service desk API endpoint is still experimental and suffering from the following BUG relating to start and limit pagination details where inconsistent results are displayed:

Unfortunately there is not a workaround at this time, but the endpoint is under active development as an experimental API, so make sure to add yourself as a watcher to get updates on the noted bug to be notified of the fix.

Regards,
Earl
