Filter error when selecting project: The call to the Jira server did not complete within the timeout

When making a new filer or editing an existing one, when I change the Project from all to a single project, I am unable to change any other fields to filter by.  The browser (Chrome) appear to lock up until the message appears in the upper right.  "The call to the Jira server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation."  This has been happening for 3 days.

FROM Jira Support:
This issue is related to Jira Cloud https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75661 . I just confirmed with the security team that Jira Cloud is not vulnerable.

FROM  my Newtork Admin:  After determining that this vuln is resolved on Jira's side, and is now considered a false positive, I have created an exception for this threat ID.
