Filter error

When project managers open my filters, incomprehensible numbers are added to the list of projects. 10046, 10031, 10044, 10055. What are these numbers, and why do they appear in an already saved filter?

Those are the IDs associated with the projects you specified in your filter.

For Company Managed project the ID displays in the URL shown when you select Project Settings > Details

https://<yourURL>/secure/project/EditProject!default.jspa?pid=10002

For Team Managed projects it displays when you select Project Settings > Toolschain

https://<yourURL>/jira/software/projects/<projectKey>/settings/toolchain?projectId=10006

I don't know why sometimes the filters change to show the project ID instead of the project key or project name. Do the users have access to all the projects that are included in the filter?

So I think the problem is precisely in access, now I will try to fix it, thank you.
